It's time to rub!!

  

  1.  Use 1 table spoon per pound of beef, chicken or pork, For seafood 1 teaspoon
  2.  Rub beef, chicken, pork or fish with grill rub'en                                                     
  3.  Cook meats, vegetables on your grill, oven or smoker. Always cook meat and seafood to proper internal temperature.     
  4.  Let grill rub'en  marinate. For beef, chicken or pork 12 to 24 hours, Fish no more than 30 minutes, and roasted Vegetable you decide.     
  5. Now cook! Cook to proper temperature, and enjoy!!!
